Work & Functional Evaluations

Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE) are helpful in determining the functional capacity of a client's physical or mental state. We provide these evaluations on a self referral basis, from an insurer, an employer, case manager or from a public sector department. These evaluations are comprehensive in nature and are concluded with an OT report of recommendations along with a final feedback session to referrer.

Work is an important part of an employees daily functioning. But life happens and suddenly you may lose the ability to function in your job. We can assist in providing a work assessment using standardised methods, that will indicate your current functioning in your work role. Furthermore, we can assist with work assessments following a period off work due to incapacity, incapacity review and return to work accommodations. This work assessment is a comprehensive assessment which may include work liaison ,work visits and a report of recommendations.
